The ST-1536A Fully Automatic Apparent Viscosity Tester (CCS) is designed and manufactured in accordance with the test methods of GB/T 6538 and ASTM D5293. It is suitable for measuring the apparent viscosity of engine oils under conditions of shear stress ranging from approximately 1200 to 20,000 mPa·s and shear rates from 10⁵ s⁻¹ to 10⁴ s⁻¹, at temperatures between -5°C and -35°C. The instrument employs a fully automatic temperature control system, allowing users to conveniently and quickly perform test analyses via the color touchscreen. It also utilizes an intelligent control system to enhance the stability and reliability of the instrument, ensuring more precise temperature control and higher testing accuracy. Working Principle:
The ST-1536A Fully Automatic Apparent Viscosity Tester is designed according to the GB/T 6538 standard and employs fuzzy control principles. It uses a cascade compressor to achieve temperature control for the refrigeration system, enabling precise and accurate control of the cooling bath and stator temperature with high control precision. The system can reach the set temperature according to a nonlinear curve based on user-defined settings. The temperature measurement system utilizes high-precision thermal resistors for accurate and precise temperature measurement.
